Alpha Tips: reminder Postcard Idea

How can we remind the guests who attend our spring Celebration Supper when our fall Alpha Course is getting near?

Because there are so many weeks between the end of our spring course and the beginning of our fall course, I am offering to send a reminder postcard to all who attend the spring Celebration Supper. We will have more than twice the number of participants attending the spring Supper, so it is a good population keep informed.

If you would like to see and download and example of the postcard that Laurie has prepared, click here.  Feel free to use this postcard example and make changes in the wording to fit your own course. She will have these postcards available at the Supper and ask those interested to fill in their name and address.  Then she will send them the card three weeks before the start of the next course in the fall. It contains the dates and how to register. That way they can decide at that time if the course is still of interest and sign up for themselves.
