Weekend Schedules

In this section you will find Word document schedules that you can download and adapt to meet your specific course needs.

* Weekend Schedule Option #1 - We believe that it is very effective to do a two-night-stay Alpha Weekend. This provides a wonderful chance to unwind, build relationships and most importantly to process the information about the role of the Holy Spirit.

* Weekend Schedule Option #2 - However, we have also found that being able to offer a one- night-stay at a retreat facility may increase the number of people able to attend.

In a few situations, the Directors have contacted a neighboring church and have all the course participants sleep at home but come to the church or other venue for the Friday evening and Saturday morning sessions.

For both of these scenarios, Weekend Schedule Option #2 can be used.  If using this schedule, you will want to use the Alpha Express (shortened talks) for talks 1 and 2 in order to get in all the content.

* Weekend Schedule Option #3 - Finally, here is a schedule for a Day Away.  This can be hosted either at your church, or neighboring church or retreat facility.
