The "My Organizations" tool gives you more control over your directory listing, allowing you to update the
information immediately, rather than submitting a form and waiting for Alpha USA to make the updates.
Having problems accessing My Organizations.
Here are some possible solutions.
Click on the edit icon
by your church/organization's listing. The record details will open in a new window.
Click on the Classification tab. Click on the "Edit this organization's directory memberships" link. This is the most important step; it makes your course appear on the public directory listing. Without putting your church/organization's record in the Courses directory it will not appear in the public
Find a Course directory.

Expand the
Churches and Courses folders and click on
all the course types you are running.

Click on the
Save button.

Click on the Other Notes tab to edit the course information that is seen on "Find a Course" results. 
Once open, under the subheading "Notes Relating to the Classification of This Organization", please input the following information:
# of courses this year: How may courses do you plan to do?
Next [type] Course Date: Input the date of your next course by clicking on the calendar icon, or entering the date in the format: MM/DD/YYYY
Course Details: Enter any details about the course you would like to share with potential participants, such as start and end times, and venue
Course Language: Input the primary language spoken at the course
Course Day-of-Week: From the drop down menu, choose the day of the week on which your course is held
Size: Enter the anticipated number of people attending the course
Save your changes by hitting the button labeled
"Save", located in the upper right corner of the window.
