In the new Alpha Course Director's Handbook, we have taken out the job description and have them available here for you to download.
Note that positions vary by size of the Alpha course. Small courses are defined as 1 or 2 small groups (or up to 25 people); medium courses as 3 to 9 small groups (or 25 to 120 people); and large courses as 10 or more small groups (or more than 120 people).
These job descriptions are available to help you organize your Alpha course. Do not feel that you need to structure exactly as suggested. Adapt the job descriptions as needed to fit the size of your course and the talents of your team.
