About This Event

Kick off ’24 with ministry peers from across the nation for two days of shared tables, conversations, and God encounters. The inaugural “Future Church Frontiers: Strategic Leaders Gathering” will convene lead pastors from innovative, city-centered communities to explore best practices for evangelism and renewal in a post-Christian reality. Each session will be anchored by respected pioneers on the front lines of shaping the Church to come. Together, we will press into the invitation to risk creating “new spaces” in our churches – for the Spirit to move, for a new generation to be activated, and for those far from God to be hospitably welcomed in.

The FCF Strategic Leaders Gathering will be hosted at Vintage Church LA, a national showcase for innovative evangelism through the Alpha course and culture.

Registration will be intentionally limited for this first-time event to prioritize new friendships and Kingdom collaboration.  We are excited to see what God will birth from these set apart days in beautiful Santa Monica together!

Hospitality: We practice a way of hospitality where anyone is welcome.

Listening: Our style of evangelism based on listening in the context of friendship. 

Dependence: We have vibrant expectancy for God to show up and answer prayers.

Empowerment: We believe new leaders at all levels should consistently developed and deployed.

Highlights of the Gathering

Collaboration

Building strong support networks is crucial for leaders, as ministry can be both rewarding and challenging. Through collaboration, leaders can find encouragement, counsel, and prayer support from their peers, forming bonds that extend beyond the event and continue to nurture them in their leadership journey.

Interactive Sessions

Our sessions will focus on various aspects of ministry, leadership, discipleship, outreach, and embracing advancements to strengthen the Church’s impact.

Prayer and Worship

Collective moments of worship and prayer will create a spiritually enriching environment, allowing leaders to seek God’s guidance and wisdom for their individual and collective journeys.

The cost for this gathering is $100. This is to help cover the program, snacks and coffee during the event.

Guests will be responsible for: Ticket to Alpha Masterclass, their hotel, flights, and additional meals outside of the scheduled program.
