At Alpha, we know firsthand the weight of ministry leadership.
You pour out, you intercede, you serve, and you carry the beautiful yet challenging call of helping others step further into knowing Jesus – and it often feels 24/7. What if you could set aside 48 hours to be reignited as a leader?
You Can.
That’s why we created The Alpha Conference! Every year, we build an experience designed to serve you – not just as a ministry leader, but also as a follower of Jesus. On July 23 and 24, 2025, leaders from across the world will gather in Franklin, Tennessee for two soul-renewing days of encounter, prayer, workshops, encouragement, and fun!
Inspiring main stage talks
Practical equipping workshops
Intentional time in God’s presence through encounter and prayer
Connecting with ministry leaders from around the world
First peeks at new resources for your Alpha
It’s more than a conference; it’s an international community of Kingdom leaders gathering to grow, learn, and be renewed.
And the best part?
We’ve got a seat saved for you.
Listening well in the midst of cultural silos and division
Mobilizing others to be difference-makers in their communities while sharing the good news in a good way
How to love and listen to a generation that is increasingly indifferent towards church communities
Grow your ability to listen to the voice of God in the work of evangelisation

Though we love Alpha and are obviously biased toward it, we even think a conference like that would be a little boring. No, this is a conversation around what we are facing as the church today in America. At Alpha, we work with so many churches from so many different denominations and contexts. In recent years, we have noticed a rising hunger across them all. If you are looking to be equipped and resourced by Alpha please register for one of the conference workshops.
Cancellation requests received before July 3 2025, will be refunded, less a $25 processing charge. Unfortunately, no refunds can be made after this date. You may request to have your registration transferred to another person up to two weeks in advance of the conference. Go to our registration page and click “Find my Registrations” link to the right.
Please provide a photo ID upon arrival and your printed or digital ticket.
The Alpha Conference is an opportunity for pastors and leaders from across the country to come together to be inspired, encouraged, and equipped to continue to partner with God to reach the lost. We prayerfully expect the Holy Spirit to move in everyone who attends, helping you leave rejuvenated, refreshed, energized, and excited about the season ahead. We will share stories of how God is moving in churches through Alpha nationally and globally, and this is also a great time to connect with other churches running Alpha to learn from and encourage each other in new and different ways. In addition to the speakers on the main stage there will be several workshops to help equip your team for ministry. If you would like to hear directly from a first-time attendee, please read this blog post: When God Meets You Where You Are
