$200 per guest, which cover essentials like food, hospitality, and making sure your experience is enjoyable and seamless. Guests will be responsible for: (a) flights to and from London, (b) hotel in London, (c) additional meals outside of the scheduled program.
Travel expenses will need to be covered by attendees. We encourage you to plan ahead to make the most of your trip! If you need any travel tips or advice, feel free to reach out.
Starting in 2025, U.S. citizens will need to apply for an Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) before traveling to the UK. While no traditional visa is required for short visits, the ETA will be a mandatory pre-entry requirement for U.S. travelers.
Key Points About the UK ETA for U.S. Citizens:
- Who needs it? All U.S. passport holders traveling to the UK for tourism, business, or short stays (up to 6 months).
- How to apply? Online application through the UK government website or mobile app.
- What is required? A valid passport, travel details, and a small application fee.
- How long does it take? Approval is expected within 48-72 hours in most cases.
- How long is it valid? Likely valid for multiple entries over 2 years (similar to the EU’s ETIAS system).
The ETA is not a visa, but failing to obtain one before travel will result in denial of entry at the UK border.
