We’ve learned so much recently about running Alphas that in the midst of our changing culture are becoming more effective in bringing people into a life-giving relationship with Jesus Christ—and we want to pass that on to you and your Alpha Team.

Run Alpha 2019 is “spring training” for everyone that has run—is currently running—or is thinking about running Alpha. EVERYONE attends spring training—rookies AND long-term veterans.  We want every regrouping, existing or just starting Alpha team in Northern Ohio to attend a training so that every Alpha grows in effectiveness.  When MORE churches run MORE Alphas MORE effectively MORE people come to know Jesus Christ.

Every training is ecumenical with all traditions and denominations welcomed and celebrated as we grow in our unity as God's people.

TOPICS COVERED:
•  How to continually grow in the Best Practices for running Alpha
• The Importance of building a good team
• GROWING your Alpha to reach more people with the gospel
• Hands on labs and Q&A for effective Alpha Small Groups and the Alpha Weekend/Day-Away
• Effective use of all the Alpha Digital tools and resources
