City Showcase highlights the story and convictions behind Alpha — a tool that has helped millions of people around the world to discover Jesus.

In the midst of a secular city like Portland, Oregon, we invite you on a relational, conversational journey, to see the kingdom story God is building here.

Along the way we will engage the challenges and opportunities for the church, unity, evangelism, prayer, innovation and reaching young people in an increasingly post-Christian culture.

FAQs

$100 per guest, which cover essentials like food, hospitality, transportation between locations, and making sure your experience is enjoyable and seamless. Guests will be responsible for: (a) flights to and from Portland, (b) hotel in Portland, (c) additional meals outside of the scheduled program.
We recommend staying at Hotel Rose in downtown Portland.

Portland International Airport (PDX)

You can take the MAX train from the airport to stop just a couple blocks from the hotel or get an Uber or Lyft.

 
 

Hotel Rose offers complimentary bikes to get out and cruise around downtown. If you have a car, you might consider visiting Multnomah Falls in the Columbia Gorge or an hour drive to the Oregon coast.

Dress is casual for the duration of our gathering. We recommend packing comfortable walking shoes and weather-appropriate outerwear.
