Are you struggling to get Alpha thriving in your church?
Do you want to know practical steps to help your Alpha go from good to great?

Join us to hear what Ger Jones and the team at Vintage Church have learned over the past seven years as Alpha has grown from "a couple of leaders, a lot of pizza and no people" to 450 people participating in their last Alpha. The Alpha Masterclass is for Senior Church Leaders, Alpha Directors and Alpha teams to come together. We will dive deep into the practices and structural changes that can move Alpha from a program you do to a ministry that fuels all areas of church.

We will cover three main topics:
• How to get more guests on Alpha
• How to keep your guests on Alpha
• How to assimilate your guests into the life of the church after Alpha

Our Trainer: Ger Jones, Pastor of Vintage Church in Los Angeles, CA
An ex-lawyer and businessman from the UK, Ger is now the Senior Pastor of Vintage Church in Los Angeles, a multi-campus church which he and his wife planted in 2011 with an emphasis on deep teaching, Spirit-filled ministry and a passion for the lost, particularly through Alpha.  Having grown a thriving church and Alpha at Vintage, Ger is also a coach to many church planters and pastors helping them to plant churches and grow Alpha and see it thrive in their context.  Ger and Lizzie enjoy Los Angeles with their three children and their three labradors.

ASKING QUESTIONS IS A GREAT PLACE TO START

Cultivating Kingdom Culture compels us to arrange our conversations, thoughts, plans, and prayers around what God is doing now and ask, "How are we impacting the mission of Jesus?"

You’re invited into the conversation with leaders from across denominations to discover together, as the Church, ways to sustain the present move of God in today's culture. With a focus on prayer, evangelization, renewal in the Spirit, and unity in the body of Christ, the conference is a time we collectively ask the Holy Spirit to come and transform our lives, churches, communities, and nation.

We believe God is igniting a movement of His power and presence and we get to be a part of it.

We hope you’ll join us!
