What is The Marriage Course?
The Marriage Course is an easy-to-run, practical seven-session course designed to support couples looking for practical support to strengthen their relationship. No expertise is needed to run the course. You may have experience working on your own marriage, or you are passionate to see marriages and family life strengthened in your community. You don’t need to be married to run The Marriage Course, but we do recommend having a married couple on hand for support.

How to run The Marriage Course

We first developed The Marriage Courses as a tool for our local Church here in London and we were amazed to see the courses grow first in the UK and then across the world. The Marriage Course and The Pre-Marriage Course act as a bridge between the church and local community by recognizing the need to go beyond the social, as well as physical, walls of the church to help couples with their relationships.
The Marriage Courses are very easy to run; the talks are available to download or on DVD and each guest and leader receives a manual. If you enjoy hosting people and have a passion for strengthening family life, you could run a course!
